VPOD: Gimme a Gunne



Jessica McClintock’s Gunne Sax label of the late 1960s and early 1970s epitomized the “prairie revival” style so popular with the bohemians of the day and these dresses are still sought after by today’s fashionistas. After all, their mix of a little bit of hippy and a whole lot of comfort creates a winning combination for carefree summer days.

Today’s VPOD is a fine example. This 1970s patchwork print dress may not carry the coveted black label from 1969 but it has all the features that Gunne fans adore with an empire waist, lace trim, tiered skirt and adorable print.

It’s a great Gunne find for a vintage fashionista!
