Whether you love them or hate them, there is no doubt that thigh-high boots will be walking down streets near you this fall. They’re definitely not a look for the faint of heart, though, as it’s almost impossible not to draw attention while wearing them. The trick for the daring fashionista is to embrace them in a way that says classy, not trashy.
Try teaming them with skinny-legged jeans or pairing them with wool shorts a la Prada. Or pair them with an understated neutral mini dress and leggings.

Though these will definitely earn the wearer various types of attention, I agree that there are many ways to ensure the attention received will be overwhelmingly positive. This does depend crucially on what these boots are paired with, of course. It's a shame when a great fashion look goes downhill because of those who misrepresent its potential.
