It may have been sweltering in Los Angeles this past weekend, but I felt as if I was in the Arctic Circle. Why? Because I was holed up at an Internet Conference working on plans for the new Zuburbia.com vintage boutique. And, well, can someone please tell me why we’re smart enough to send men and women to the International Space Station but not smart enough to keep a hotel room’s temperature at a steady 72 degrees!
So while tourists were sweltering at Disneyland just a block away, I battled through chattering teeth and monster goose bumps. I would have given anything for a warm and cozy coat like today’s VPOD. And now’s the time to grab these beauties, ladies–while everyone else is thinking of swimsuits. The vibrant color and the luscious fur trim on this one make for an especially eye-catching combination. And what a thrill to re-discover it in your closet next fall.
