VPOD: Plum Perfect

I’ve always been a huge fan of beading. I have a nice little collection of beaded bags and I can seldom resist a suit or dress that has beaded trim. But I have an even greater respect for this art since I gave it a try myself. Talk about tedious and time-consuming! I can only imagine the hours (make that days) that went into creating today’s VPOD.

I am absolutely in love with this bag! There’s something about the unexpected use of plums–yes plums–that makes it so interesting. Hand made in Japan, it has lots of nifty compartments inside for your lipstick, compact and what not.

It is absolutely stunning and has a price tag that will take your breath away–in a good way!

It’s a plum perfect find for a vintage fashionista!

Available at Vintage Bag.

P.S. Matthew was kind enough to point out to me that these are pomegranates–not plums! I apologize for my fruit naivete but I’m still loving this bag!

    Hello!

As I’m sure you’ve already been told, those are clearly pomegranates and not plums.
