VPOD: Frilly Feraud

Who would have thought a lieutenant in the French Resistance during World War II would become a fashion designer! Well, Louis Feraud did just that. He was a man who loved dressing women and once said, “Fashion is an opportunity to be chic, to conspire between reality and desire.”

Today’s VPOD shows off his genius. This 1980s summer frock features a ruched bodice and tiers of flouncy chiffon in a stunning black and white print.

It’s a frilly, feminine find for a vintage fashionista!

Available at Hemlock Vintage.
