My 9-year-old niece is working her way up to a black belt in karate someday, but all her karate gear gets carried around in a girly pink duffle bag. She’s one of those little girls who just adores a pink….anything. Not me. I’ve never been a big fan, but then I spied today’s VPOD.

This 1950s day dress in pink and brown is simply adorable. There’s something about the combination of colors that is both ladylike and professional. It says “I’m feminine but I mean business.”

And it’s a lovely find for a vintage fashionista.
