A fashion designer I met at a recent wedding has been interviewing for jobs all over LA and of course, our conversation turned to Spring 2008. What can we look forward to? One thing she mentioned was that we’d see flared waists and peplums again. So…maybe we will and maybe we won’t but you can choose to take fashion into your own hands and create your own waist-oriented looks with this fabulous vintage belt.

Pure 1980s, it features black polka dots and a flirty peplum cut with an enamel buckle. It’s a great little addition to a clingy black dress or white leggings, adding a playful element that says you don’t take yourself too seriously.
