VPOD: Vintage 1960s Vera Apron

vintage vera apron

I’m planning to visit family in Pennsylvania next month and I hope my timing will put me right smack dab in the middle of the beautiful Fall splendor. Mother Nature sure has a way of turning heads come October when she gives us a glimpse of the glorious colors that live in leaves all year long but are usually too overpowered by chlorophyll to peek through.

Do you ever wonder what colors are hiding way down deep in your spirit waiting to come ablaze but still hidden by all your long-held beliefs and fears which function much like the chlorophyll in leaves?

Do you dream of showing off your true colors by helping others, starting a company, traveling the world, writing a book, or becoming an artist?

Whatever your dream, every Fall Mother Nature reminds us that we each have an incredible amount of hidden strength and beauty that’s in us all the time just waiting for an opportunity to be born.

So get inspired by this year’s Peak Fall Foliage Season which starts now and ends sometime in mid-to-late October. (Updated foliage reports are available at The Foliage Network.)

And if you’re going to miss witnessing the kaleidoscope of colors in person this year, then perhaps you want to treat yourself to today’s VPOD.

This 1960s apron by Vera will help you prepare all your meals in colorful style and remind you of the inspiration for change we see every year at this time.

It’s a lovely Fall find for a vintage fashionista!

Available at Decotini.
