I find the thought of raising animals for fur extremely disturbing. And now, thanks to the IdealBite newsletter, I’ve learned that even though faux fur often uses petroleum in its production, the energy consumption used to raise animals for fur is about twenty times greater.

Which makes today’s VPOD even more appealing.
