If you look long and hard enough, you can find a vintage version of just about every key trend that might be popular in fashion at any given time. Take today’s VPOD for instance.

This lovely little frock looks like it could have stepped off a Spring runway but it was actually sculpted way back in the 1950s. Little tufts of silk have been applied over a dress with simple lines to create a softly textured look that is all the rage (and a whole lot less expensive than today’s designer versions).

It’s a topshelf textured find for a vintage fashionista!
