Once upon a time there lived a vintage fashionista named Goldirocks with three cocktail party invitations for the same night. The first party was waaaay too boring and pretentious. The second was waaaay too over-the-top and loud. But the third one was just right–filled with educated conversation, luscious food and divine drinks.

As Goldirocks settled herself on the edge of a loveseat, she was approached by a big, bad wolf–about 6 feet tall with dangerous brown eyes and a sparkling smile.

“My what a lovely dress you’re wearing,” he said.

And Goldirocks was glad she had chosen a fabulous maxi that glowed in gold, bronze and copper and brought out the sparkle in her big brown eyes.

“This old thing?” she flirted, knowing the dress hailed from the 1970s.

And thought to herself, “It’s a fairy tale find for a vintage fashionista!”
