In a few weeks, lots of women will be making a New Year’s resolution
that THIS is the year they will get into shape so I thought I’d share
one of my personal workout tips today.

When my arms are burning at the gym,
keeping a dress like this sexy Claude Montana in mind
is what helps push me past the wall
and finish that last set of tricep curls or butterflies.

Health as motivation to get in shape? Important but boring.
Fashion as motivation? Way more fun!
