VPOD: A Nice Tice

Bill Tice is perhaps best known for his work at Swirl and his loungewear designs–after all he won a Coty Award for lingerie in 1974. So how exciting is it to find this cute little sundress with the Bill Tice label?

This adorable 1970s cotton halter dress features scalloped ruffled edges on the bodice, a wide waist, spaghetti loop straps and get this–an aqua leopard print.
