VPOD: Sheer Porter

Follow Me on Pinterest

Thea Porter has been described as “part-hippie, part-dreamer” and that sensibility is clearly evident in her designs. Born in Jerusalem, raised in Damascus, she finally settled in London where she embraced the bohemian lifestyle of the sixties and designed clothes that often combined multiple cultural influences.

Today’s VPOD features a smashing 1960s piece from her couture collection. This top is exquisitely crafted from delicate mesh lace and features intricate floral embroidery. It definitely holds its own against this season’s sheer tops and if you love the front, you’ll scream with delight when you see the back detail.

It’s an amazing fashion find for a vintage fashionista!

Available at Posh Vintage.
